ARE THE LENSES POLARIZED OR UV-PROTECTET?

Most of our lenses are UV400, offering full protection from UVA and UVB rays. Some styles are also polarized — lens details are listed on each product page.

WILL THE CHAIN GET TANGLED IN MY HAIR?

No! :) Our chain temple design uses a box chain - a smooth, rope-like structure without the sharp or open links of traditional chains that snag or tangle hair. This creates a continuous surface that won’t snag your hair. Really.

I'M ALLERGIC TO METAL - CAN I STILL WEAR SUNDORI?

Our sunglasses and chains are nickel-free and are safe for sensitive skin, so yes, you can wear them :)

HOW CAN I WEAR SUNDORI GLASSES ONCE THE SUN GOES DOWN?

You can just put the glasses back to your nack and chains and crystals will nicely form a necklace. You also can wear the glasses upfront, if you prefer that. It is up to you :)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All SunDori glasses are hand-assembled in Budapest, which means a lot of extra care and a little extra time.

Most orders ship within 3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order.

If you placed a preorder, the Ship By date is listed on the product page - and we’re always doing our best to beat that timeline.

If any sunglasses are running out of stock, we will inform you about the new availability time, but we try to avoid these situations.
